Ride-share services, including Uber and Lyft operate from the Ground Transportation Center, located on Level 1 of Terminal Garage 2.

Most passengers can reach the Grand Lobby from the Ground Transportation Center (GTC) in approximately 5 minutes. However, we recognize that every travel experience is unique. The pathway from the GTC to the Grand Lobby is ADA-compliant and designed to accommodate passengers with mobility needs.

Taxis drop off curbside at Departures and pick up in the South Wing Pick-Up Area of the Ground Transportation Center (GTC).

Directions to the Ground Transportation Center from the Terminal:

• Exit the Main Terminal on Level 1 and turn right.
• Follow the sidewalk under the pedestrian canopy toward Terminal Garage 2, guided by overhead signage marked LIMO - TAXI.

Taxicab Fares:

• Base fare: $9, with a rate of $2.50 per mile.
• Flat rate: $30 for trips to downtown Nashville and Gaylord Opryland Resort & Convention Center.
• Additional passenger fee: $2 when accompanying the original passenger to the same destination.

BNA® to Transition to Cashless Parking July 1

BNA® has enhanced the parking experience with a more streamlined and modern system. As of July 1, 2026, the airport operates a cashless parking system.

Travelers who need to use cash may convert it to a prepaid card at Cash‑to‑Card machines located inside the terminal on the Departures Level (Level 3)—one in North Ticketing across from the JetBlue counter and one in South Ticketing across from the Allegiant Airlines counter and on the Arrivals Level (Level 2) between baggage claims 8 and 9.

Cash used for tipping, including valet services, will continue to be accepted and is not affected by this change.

We welcome travelers to enjoy a smoother, more efficient parking experience as BNA continues to improve airport access and convenience.

Music City Center is home to the largest covered parking garage in downtown Nashville. With reasonable rates and 24-hour roving security, it’s the best place to park downtown!

Open daily to the public and Music City Center guests, the three-level, covered garage has 1,800 spaces and is equipped with a fully automated system that accepts debit and credit cards upon exit.

The garage is located at 701 Demonbreun Street. Primary access (P3) is at the intersection of 7th Avenue and Demonbreun Street with auxiliary access (P1 & P2) along 6th Avenue.

The Music City Center parking garage offers four electric vehicle charging stations on each of the garage's three levels for a total of twelve (12) stations. The system is operated by ChargePoint. Spaces are marked. Standard parking rates apply.
