Event App
How do I access the Data Center World event app?
The Data Center World event app is hosted on the Swapcard platform. Download the Data Center World app by searching in the app store for: "Informa Connect Tech Events" or use the QR code, create your schedule, find and schedule meetings with exhibitors and other attendees, and navigate the Expo Hall. All registrants will receive an invitation via email to enter the virtual platform a week before the event, or you can login using the email address you used to register.

Does Data Center World have a code of conduct?
Yes. Data Center World is committed to providing a friendly, safe, and welcoming environment for all regardless of gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, ethnicity, or religion. The Data Center World Code of Conduct outlines expectations for participant behavior and consequences for unacceptable behavior.
How can I request assistance in accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act?
If you require special assistance, auxiliary aids, interpreters, or other reasonable accommodations while at the conference, please email our registration team at least four weeks prior to the event date.
Is there an age limit at Data Center World?
Yes. Due to safety concerns, no one under the age of 18 (including infants in strollers) will be permitted on the premises at the event.
What are the filming and recording guidelines?
- Recording of any kind is not allowed in conference rooms.
- Outside of conference rooms, individuals may use phones for filming.
- You must secure approval for organized filming or professional imaging and recording – for use post event for commercial or promotional purposes – in the conference and public areas, including the expo hall. Please contact: tara.gibb@informa.com.
- Exhibitors are welcome to film and photograph within their booth but may not record attendees, exhibitor staff and properties, and vendor staff without their prior consent.
