Event App
How do I access the Data Center World event app?
The Data Center World event app is hosted on the Swapcard platform. Download the Data Center World app by searching in the app store for: "Enterprise IT Events – Informa" or use the QR code, create your schedule, find and schedule meetings with exhibitors and other attendees, and navigate the Expo Hall. All registrants will receive an invitation via email to enter the virtual platform a week before the event, or you can login using the email address you used to register.

Does Data Center World have a code of conduct?
Yes. Data Center World is committed to providing a friendly, safe, and welcoming environment for all regardless of gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, ethnicity, or religion. The Data Center World Code of Conduct outlines expectations for participant behavior and consequences for unacceptable behavior.
How can I request assistance in accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act?
If you require special assistance, auxiliary aids, interpreters or other reasonable accommodations while at the conference and/or expo, please contact [email protected] by March 18, 2024.
Is there an age limit at Data Center World?
Yes. Due to safety concern, no one under the age of 18 (including infants in strollers) will be permitted on the premises at the event.
Does Data Center World provide a private Mindfulness room?
Yes. Attendees can access the Mindfulness Lounge in Salon D. The doors will be locked, but keys will be available to check out at the show office. If the room is being used a lot, we will proceed to leave the room open.
What are the filming and recording guidelines?
Legitimate news media with approved credentials and media badges whose only intention is to gather film clips for a newscast can receive special clearance to film onsite at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center, with restrictions.
Please note that there are limitations (even for media badge holders) for filming or recording at Data Center World, and filming or recording of Data Center World content/sessions is strictly prohibited.
