We’re committed to ensuring your company has the best possible experience. We’re offering exhibitors/sponsors various marketing programs to help you promote your presence, and drive your current and potential customers to your booth. An email will be sent out to each exhibitor once these programs launch.

You will then be able to invite your customers to attend and meet with you at Data Center World by offering them a custom promotional code for discounted rates. It’s simple and there’s no cost to you!

Each exhibitor/sponsor will be provided a unique code for $325 off Standard and All Access conference passes to share with their network.

Use your company’s unique promo code on all promotional items so your customers can easily take advantage of the exclusive discount and registrations can be counted toward your company count.

As a Data Center World exhibitor/sponsor you will be provided a custom landing page and promotional code for $325 off Standard and All Access passes! An email will be sent out to you once this program has gone live. You will also be able to locate these within the Exhibitor Portal.

Engage and stay connected year-round with the Data Center World audience through our social media channels.

Twitter: Share your promo code and provide updates about your company's activities, products and other news through Twitter. We'll retweet via Data Center World's handle. Be sure to include #DataCenterWorld or @DataCenterWorld in your tweets.
Facebook: Facebook is a great way to share your discount code, post details on new products, invite your customers and prospects, and upload relevant photos when onsite!
