1. Educational sessions run Monday, October 4 through Wednesday, October 6. Each session is one hour in length and speakers are required to fill the entire hour, including 15 minutes for Q&A at the end of session.
2. Educational speakers are required to be available all three days as you may be requested to present twice.
3. Date and location of your session will be released approximately 6 weeks prior to the conference.

5. Data Center Tours run Sunday, October 3.
6. Tutorial sessions run Sunday, October 3. Tutorial sessions shall run for five hours and will need to have enough material to cover that time period and allow sufficient time for Q&A. The session must be purely educational with no reference made to a specific product or company.
