What is DealCenter?
The DealCenter is a social media platform and online meeting system used at trade shows for arranging face-to-face meetings. Attendees and exhibitors can log on to a customized website and see who will be at the event and send personalized meeting invitations. DealCenter users can manage their meeting schedules, accept or decline invitations and send messages. Meeting invitations can be sent weeks prior to the event which enables DealCenter users to arrive with a roster of meetings already scheduled.
All meeting planning is done through the DealCenter platform and no contact information is ever made available unless each user voluntarily provides it through their own meeting invitations or sent messages. Confirmed meetings can be assigned a table number and held in the onsite DealCenter area or at alternate locations.
How it Works*
The DealCenter will take place in a dedicated room at the Gaylord Opryland Resort & Convention Center. The room will house tables for conference attendees to talk and meet with the person(s) they made their appointments with. Each participating attendee will have the opportunity to make 30 minute appointments with either attendees, media or exhibitors of their choice.
