Where is Data Center World Spring 2010 taking place?

Who is the conference for?
Data Center World focuses on management, business and technology for the data center. The sessions are created with data center professionals in mind. Attendees include data center managers, MIS directors, CIOs and other IS professionals.

 

How do I register?

Can I register on-site at the conference?
You may register onsite at the conference, although we encourage you to pre-register via our online form. You have the option to register onsite as well at the AFCOM registration desk (the location of the registration booth is posted online prior to the conference).

 

Can I get a receipt/invoice for my registration?
If you register online, you will be presented with a printable receipt at the end of the registration process (on your confirmation page). Please print that page for your records; it acts as your receipt.

 

Can I make my hotel reservation when I register?
No, but you can make your reservations via Web, phone or fax. You'll find complete information on the conference logistics page. Please be sure to make your reservations early, as our room block fills quickly.

 

When is the Early-Bird registration deadline?
The deadline for receiving Early-Bird registration prices is January 15, 2010.

 

What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be received in writing. Conference fees are fully refundable, less a $100 handling fee, for cancellations received by 1/15/10. Cancellations received between 1/16/10 and 2/12/10 will be refunded at 50%. No refunds or credits will be issued for cancellations received on or after 2/13/10 or for no-shows. Membership fees are not refundable. Substitutions may be made at any time without penalty.

Is it safe for me to register using my credit card on the Data Center World site?
Absolutely. This Web site uses Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to encrypt your personal information when you place your order. This means your order cannot be read as it travels over the Internet, so your name, address and credit card information are secure.

 

What if I'm having problems with the online registration process?
If your problems are technical in nature (your browser is reporting errors or pages are failing to load correctly), please first try quitting and re-launching your browser, and/or restarting your computer. Also, be sure you are not blocking cookies in your browser's preferences (cookies are required for the registration form to work). If the issue persists, contact us and explain your problem in as much detail as you can.
